At Atlas Coffee Club, we want you to love your world-traveling coffee experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received damaged gear, please reach out to our support team within 30 days.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our coffee guides at support@atlascoffeeclub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For damaged items or equipment, please attach a clear photo of the product and packaging to help our quality control team.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a replacement shipment or store credit.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a replacement will be roasted and shipped immediately, or a credit will be applied to your subscription account.
