How does the coffee subscription work?

Each month, we curate a selection of premium single-origin coffees from a new country. You choose your roast preference and frequency, and we deliver fresh-roasted beans along with a postcard and brewing tips to your door.

When is my coffee roasted and shipped?

To ensure peak freshness, our beans are roasted to order. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting, arriving at your doorstep while the flavor profile is at its most vibrant.

Can I skip a shipment or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have full control over your coffee journey. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.

Where do you source your coffee beans from?

We source the top 1% of the world's coffee from renowned regions such as Ethiopia, Colombia, Indonesia, and beyond. We prioritize sustainable farming practices and direct trade to support local growers.

What is your return policy for food products?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select whole bean for maximum freshness if you have a grinder at home, or choose from our various grind settings tailored for drip, espresso, or French press brewing.
